The Gua Sha Beauty Ritual Class is a journey into the world of green beauty and Gua Sha. Participants in this three hour, hands-on course will learn how to implement self-care rituals into their current daily skin care routine. This class, has been a highly requested and coveted experience. So many of Audrey’s clients have wished to understand proper Gua Sha as it pertains to them as well as further in depth skincare knowledge! All levels of skin care experience are welcome! Surrounded by the lush garden setting, enjoy relaxation and connection at a deeper level throughout this group workshop, while expanding your self-care knowledge and abilities! Class includes demonstrations and guided hands-on education in the following techniques:
Arm & hand scrub, followed by a luxury detoxifying body oil
Your own facial gua sha routine
Lymphatic drainage techniques
Breath work with essential oils
Effective exfoliation: from product selection to application and manipulation
Warm towel compressions
Proper use of holistic skin care routines & steps
